I’m working on a new project in my position as Web Developer at Magna Publications. The new site is called Inside the School, and it’s targetted at teachers in the secondary education profession. The tips in the monthly newsletter and regular blog postings will help high school and middle school teachers and administrators better serve their students with great ideas like creating an effective lesson plan and block schedule teaching strategies.

A few weeks ago, a collaborative work between TAPmedia (tapmedia.tv) and myself was rolled out. For the project, TAP provided a design and some code. I was contracted to integrate some PHP/MySQL scripts and modules. The pages pull information from a database, and then, based on that, the scripts pull up pictures related to projects (car styling and audio installations).

On Saturday morning, I launched the new website for Hickory Meadows Condominium Association in Sun Prairie. The site allows residents to view condo documentation, advertise things for sale/trade in the community, view an events calendar, and contact the board or maintenance individuals. The site required a client login so bulletin board and calendar can be administered.
